We purchased our units at The Fives back in 2008 ....right from the start everyone was very helpful and they have worked with us thru the entire project.........giving us lots of great direction.

We are thrilled with our choice to be part of The Fives from two points of view....using it ours selves with family and friends who all love it!! Plus seeing the rental income potential......the professionalism that the Karisma people exhibit from all aspects is incredible!! The biggest feature that gives us peace of mind from an investor stand point is the fact that Karisma advertises Azul Fives all over the world!!! Plus engage Travel Agencies from all over the world who you will often hear them "In AHHHH" when they are being taken for a tour of the facilities.

We did not want an investment property where we were relying on a potential renter to happen to "See The Fives on web site" like so many rental condo's offer. Plus when we are not there Karisma is in total control of maintaining our units beyond our expectations. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed in every way from Food in the Resort, Entertainment, Guest services, Grounds Maintenance, the Condos themselves plus the Spa OK that deserves a paragraph on its own!!!

Love our choices we made....we would not hesitate to buy another unit....in fact we did just this month..............would highly recommend The Fives as a choice for pleasure and investment.
