1.- DO YOU ACCEPT FINANCING?

We accept all sorts of financing. We work directly with Santander and Intercam.

2.- IS THE HOUSING PERMANENT?

It is possible to live in the residence permanently once the lease contract has finished. Our business model is based on investment and enjoyment.

3.- HOW MANY DEVELOPMENTS DO YOU HAVE?

We have three developments in Riviera Maya:
THE FIVES DOWNTOWN is located at 10th Avenue in the heart of Playa del Carmen. You can find us just one block away from FIFTH AVENUE, two blocks from the sea, and three blocks from the port where boats sail to Cozumel.
THE FIVES BEACH is located ten minutes away from downtown Playa del Carmen and 30 minutes away from the airport, between El Camaleon and Nick Price Golf Clubs. It has the best residential beach club in Playa del Carmen.
THE FIVES OCEANFRONT is located in the charming fishing village of Puerto Morelos, halfway between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. It is a peaceful village where your only concern will be enjoying the sun and beautiful turquoise waters.

4.- CAN I ENTER YOUR BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS WITHOUT BEING A GUEST OR AN OWNER?

Of course. You can enjoy our world-class spas, specialty restaurants, signature bars, coffee shops, event rooms, etc.

5.- WHAT ARE THE PRICES OF YOUR RESIDENCES?

Prices are very diverse, depending on the type of residence (with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms) and its features (ocean-view, swim-up, penthouses, etc.).

6.- DO YOU HAVE OCEAN-VIEW RESIDENCES?

Of course. At THE FIVES BEACH y THE FIVES OCEANFRONT , we have ocean-views of up to 180 degrees.

7.- WHAT KIND OF AMENITIES DO YOUR DEVELOPMENTS OFFER?

Each development has its own distinctive touch, and has the following amenities: world-class spa, private beach club (TFB and TFOF), specialty restaurants, signature bars, pool bars, gym, coffee shops, event room and congress hall, protected natural area, kids’ club, etc.

8.- HOW MUCH IS THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION FEE?

The fee is determined by the size of the residence. It is stated in pesos, and therefore it ranges from 5,000 to 20,000 pesos per month. It is worth noting that said fee includes fixed expenses such as water and electricity services, property tax, extended coverage insurance and hotel amenities (excluding food and beverages).
